Working Principle
The micro-heat regenerative adsorption dryer is our company's latest energy-saving product, leading in domestic technology. It combines the advantages of heated and heatless regeneration, reducing gas consumption through micro-heating regeneration to achieve energy-saving effects. Based on the pressure swing adsorption principle, this equipment uses advanced technology to produce high-efficiency adsorbents, which absorb liquid particles in the air through capillary action. Simultaneously, it removes adsorbed moisture through micro-heating, thereby purifying compressed air. The equipment features a twin-tower design, with both towers working alternately under the control of a fully automatic microcomputer or PLC controller, achieving continuous cyclic operation.

High-Efficiency and Stable Adsorption Performance: The adsorption tower's structure is scientifically designed and industry-leading, capable of thorough moisture adsorption and sufficient cooling; an additional 30% of adsorbent is filled to compensate for natural aging, ensuring long-term stable dew point at the dryer outlet.
Optimized Airflow Design: Drying and regeneration adopt a reverse convection scheme; during drying, the airflow is upward, allowing moisture and heavy pollutants to separate from the airflow when entering the bottom of the drying tower, preventing contamination of the adsorption bed, and facilitating pollutant discharge outside the machine during depressurization.
Extended Desiccant Life: Equipped with a special airflow diffusion device, combined with an automatic regeneration function, effectively extends the service life of the desiccant.
Energy-Efficient Heating System: The micro-heater is reasonably designed for good dehumidification and regeneration effects, low gas consumption, and high heating efficiency, minimizing energy consumption; regeneration gas usage can also be adjusted according to equipment operating load, further enhancing energy savings.
Reliable Core Components: Uses renowned brand pilot solenoid valves and pneumatic butterfly valves, ensuring reliable performance, stable switching, and precise operation.
