UNITED OSD single-stage variable frequency screw air compressor UD-VFD series adopts vector control technology, ensuring low motor temperature rise and obtaining suitable torque over a wide speed range, driving the air compressor to operate stably. Vector control technology separately controls the excitation and torque vectors of the stator current, then synthesizes them and converts them into inverter parameter control signals to achieve full control over electromagnetic torque. This allows the motor to maintain low-temperature operation even at low speeds. This type of variable frequency technology can suppress the unavoidable noise and harmful harmonics in standard inverters. Adopting a new generation of proprietary vector variable frequency control, which converts DC to AC, improves high-temperature resistance, achieves higher conversion efficiency, saves energy consumption, and enhances reliability.





The UNITED OSD low-pressure series screw air compressor is a new type of compressor developed for energy saving, emission reduction, and environmental protection needs. It changes the traditional high-pressure compressor's method of supplying compressed air to air equipment after decompression, thereby saving energy. Currently, in the screw air compressor industry, the UNITED OSD's exhaust pressure can be as low as 1.2 bar, ensuring an exhaust oil content of less than 2ppm and providing clean and stable air supply. The enclosed cabinet with low-noise design is more environmentally friendly than piston compressors. The UNITED OSD two-stage VPM screw air compressor uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor, requiring no excitation current, resulting in high efficiency and no reactive power loss. Oil-free screw air compressors compress air through two screw rotors and then remove moisture from the compressed air through a water-gas separator. The stationary scroll and orbiting scroll of an oil-free scroll air compressor move in a small radius plane at specific phases. The orbiting scroll engages with the stationary scroll to form several enclosed crescent-shaped compression chambers. Air drawn into the working chamber is gradually compressed by subsequent crescent-shaped compression chambers and then discharged from the outlet at the center of the stationary scroll. The UNITED OSD magnetically levitated high-speed turbo blower boasts advantages such as a semi-permanent lifespan, energy efficiency, low noise, intelligent control, and maintenance-free operation. Professional testing and evaluation of the magnetically levitated blower, compared to ordinary magnetically levitated blowers, shows at least 30% energy savings, with noise levels reaching 80 decibels. It is an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly product. The UNITED OSD magnetically levitated turbo blower has high efficiency and power factor. It can be used in municipal wastewater treatment, textiles, leather and papermaking, medical electronics, food and beverages, brewing and fermentation, chemical plating, iron and steel metallurgy, cement building materials, and thermal power generation industries.





UNITED OSD's new generation UDBS series oil-free screw blowers are manufactured using advanced screw profile technology. By operating on the principle of internal compression, the compression efficiency is significantly improved. Compared to the external compression of traditional Roots blowers, its actual energy-saving rate is up to 35%. As a highly energy-efficient positive displacement blower, it is widely used in industries requiring energy saving, low noise, and efficiency, such as wastewater aeration, air-water backwashing, oxidative desulfurization, fluidization/homogenization technology, pneumatic conveying, and printing. It also functions as a pressure fan for drying, dust removal, fermentation, evaporative distillation, and pneumatic conveying.

The zero-purge-air blower-heated regenerative desiccant compressed air dryer is an energy-saving compressed air drying equipment. It uses ambient air, blown in by a blower and heated with a small amount of compressed air, as the desorption medium, which saves more product air compared to traditional processes.
