Shanghai United OSD Compressor Co., Ltd. (UNITED OSD) provides a standard 12-month quality warranty on the complete machine package of United OSD compressors sold from that date in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and the operating manual (18 months after first start-up or ex-factory) issued from time to time. In addition, United OSD provides an extended 36-month conditional quality warranty for its mainframes, motors and other major parts. The United OSD pre-configured screw air compressor, with only a single power connection and compressed air connection and a built-in cooling system, greatly simplifies installation. With its high performance, efficiency, maintenance-free and high reliability, the screw air compressor consistently provides high-quality compressed air for various industries. To obtain the said guarantee, the user shall agree to all the terms of this agreement.

Warranty Conditions

1. Register the warranty card within 90 days of start-up and testing.

2. Use in accordance with the instruction manual/or actual environmental requirements, and maintain in accordance with the maintenance cycle of the instruction manual, including correct installation and corresponding cooling conditions (use under standard working conditions). The air should not contain productive anti-wear particles. See the accompanying instruction manual for details.

3. Purchase and replace genuine United OSD spare parts, and the wearing parts should be affixed with the United OSD® logo. Wearing parts include lubricating oil, air filter, oil filter and oil and gas separator.

4. The number of replaceable parts shall follow the maintenance standards of the operation manual and shall be determined according to the running time and actual environment of the machine.

5. In principle, the lubricating oil needs to be replaced twice a year, the air filter twice, the oil filter twice, and the oil and gas separator once.

Warranty application

For warranty applications, please contact the Unites Compressor Service Center. To avoid delays or rejection of warranty, please provide the following information or documents before applying:

1. Compressor information (nameplate);

2. Warranty card;

3. The customer shall provide a copy of the original purchase receipt (receipt including the name and quantity of wearing parts) of Unites compressor or authorized dealer within the last two years when applying for warranty. Assume genuine wearing parts purchased through an intermediary (unauthorized dealer). In this case, the user shall provide a copy of the purchase receipt that can trace the source of the wearing parts and obtain the approval of the Unites Compressor Service Center.

Termination and Refusal

United OSD reserves the right to terminate or refuse to provide warranty to the user at any time in any of the following circumstances:

1. The information provided by the user is incorrect;

2. The user violates the warranty conditions stipulated in this agreement;

3. Failure to provide the information and documents required for the warranty application;

4. Damage caused by human factors, force majeure, or unauthorized disassembly and repair of major components.

5. Unites compressors shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any loss resulting from the termination or rejection of the screw rotor warranty.

Privacy protection

Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of Unites Compressors, which guarantees that user registration information will not be disclosed or provided to third parties, except in the following circumstances:

1. Obtain the user's explicit authorization in advance;

2. According to relevant laws and regulations;

3. According to the requirements of relevant government departments;

4. Safeguarding public interests;

5. Protect the legitimate rights and interests of Unites Compressors.

Unites Compressors may cooperate with third parties to provide users with related value-added services. The third party agrees to assume the same responsibility as United Airlines to protect user privacy. Then Unites can provide the user's registration data and other information to the third party.

Under the premise of not disclosing the privacy data of individual users, Unites Compressors has the right to analyze the user registration database and use it for commercial purposes.

Unites shall not be liable for any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or any other indirect loss under any circumstances.
