Working Principle

The zero-purge heat regenerative desiccant compressed air dryer with blower is an energy-saving compressed air drying equipment. It uses ambient air delivered by a blower plus a small amount of compressed air, which is heated as the desorption medium, saving product gas compared to traditional processes. The adsorption principle is similar to traditional adsorption processes, but regeneration uses a blower method, divided into two steps: heating and cooling.

Heating: Ambient air pressurized by the blower is heated and then enters the adsorber, desorbing and carrying out moisture from the desiccant.

Cooling: The bed is cooled down using its own dry compressed air (after depressurization) or circulating cooling air, to prevent the outlet air dew point from being unstable in the next stage due to unstable bed temperature.
