Technical Features:

Air Compressor Module:
Advanced rotor sealing and fluid dynamics technology, fifth-generation rotor linear design, resulting in high thermal insulation efficiency at all levels of the rotor, and improved performance;
The main unit adopts two-stage compression and inter-stage cooling, resulting in higher overall adiabatic efficiency. Equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, eliminating excitation system losses, and achieving a motor efficiency as high as 96%. The heat exchange design has a 20%–50% margin, ensuring stable operation under extreme conditions.
Purification Treatment Module:
The R&D prototype uses thermal/vortex flow meters to simulate customer site testing conditions, conduct comparative tests, and reduce deviations.
Custom-designed drying and filtration equipment ensures normal operation in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 50°C. High-hygroscopic activated alumina with uniform shape and size, high strength, and pressure dew point reaching -20℃ to -40℃ is used; the overall effect is good, air consumption is low, heating efficiency is high, and energy consumption is minimized;
Custom-designed filtration equipment, with its excellent performance and filtration accuracy, ensures that the total station outlet exhaust oil content is ≤0.003ppm.

Control Module:
Comparison between the new integrated controller and the Huichuan split control system: The new integrated controller surpasses the currently used controller in key performance parameters such as CPU computing speed, storage memory capacity, operating memory capacity, input/output channels, and number of communication ports. It better meets the control requirements;
Program operation is more stable. Excellent PID performance, small pressure fluctuations, stable pressure, and enhanced ability to track and handle changes in customer air volume.
