Technical Introduction
The Xiaoxuanfeng ultra-high-speed centrifugal blower is a single-stage centrifugal blower that does not require a gearbox, speed increaser, or coupling. It is directly driven by a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and the motor's speed is controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD). The blower impeller is directly integrated with the motor, and the shaft is suspended on active air bearings. Because there is no physical contact and no need for a lubrication oil system, it offers high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, reliable operation, and long-term maintenance-free characteristics.
