Single-stage Fixed-speed Screw Air Compressor

Single-stage VPM (VFD+PM) Screw Air Compressor


UNITED OSD single-stage variable frequency screw air compressor UD-VFD series adopts vector control technology, ensuring low motor temperature rise and obtaining suitable torque over a wide speed range, driving the air compressor to operate stably. Vector control technology separately controls the excitation and torque vectors of the stator current, then synthesizes them and converts them into inverter parameter control signals to achieve full control over electromagnetic torque. This allows the motor to maintain low-temperature operation even at low speeds. This type of variable frequency technology can suppress the unavoidable noise and harmful harmonics in standard inverters. Adopting a new generation of proprietary vector variable frequency control, which converts DC to AC, improves high-temperature resistance, achieves higher conversion efficiency, saves energy consumption, and enhances reliability.

Low Pressure Fixed Speed Screw Air Compressor


The UNITED OSD low-pressure series screw air compressor is a new type of compressor developed for energy saving, emission reduction, and environmental protection needs. It changes the traditional high-pressure compressor's method of supplying compressed air to air equipment after decompression, thereby saving energy. Currently, in the screw air compressor industry, the UNITED OSD's exhaust pressure can be as low as 1.2 bar, ensuring an exhaust oil content of less than 2ppm and providing clean and stable air supply. The enclosed cabinet with low-noise design is more environmentally friendly than piston compressors. Given that many industries do not require downtime, maintenance can be ensured during continuous operation; equipped with a fault alarm, it prepares users for emergencies, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
